All RevTread orders ship from the USA, with FedEx or UPS. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Weekend and holiday orders process the next business day.

Transit times begin once your order ships and are estimates, not guarantees. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships — allow up to 24 hours for it to update.
We ship within the United States only. We don't currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the US.
Need to change your address? Email contact@revtread.com as soon as possible — we can only update it before the order ships.
Returns
30 Days To Test-Fit.
Return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Test-fit with clean shoes, with the truck parked — mats that have been driven on or show dirt, scuffs or wear are no longer returnable.
Ordered the wrong truck or changed your mind?
Return it within 30 days — clean, undamaged, not trimmed or modified, with all pieces. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Fit issue, damaged, defective or wrong item?
Send your order number and photos. Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund and cover return shipping.
To start a return, email contact@revtread.com with your order number — we'll reply with instructions and the return address. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Paid shipping such as Express is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty
Limited Lifetime Warranty.
RevTread floor mats are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, modifications, accidents, stains or discoloration, damage caused by harsh chemicals or excessive heat, or damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect. If you believe your mats have a defect, contact us with your order information and photos so we can review your claim.
